Professor, Member of the Gender Equality Committee
Agapi Kandylaki, is a Professor of Social Work and Multiculturalism in the Dept of Social Work, Democritus University in Thrace. Her research interests focus on diversities, inclusion in education, child protection and preventing and tackling gender violence. She is the Head of the Joint Master Course on “Counseling” (Counselling Psychology, Counselling in Social Work and Counselling in Education) (University of Athens- Department of Preschool Education, Democritus University of Thrace, Dept of Social Work and University of Crete Department of Psychology). She is also a member of the Committee of Gender Equality in DUTH, and since 2017 she has also been a member of the Committee of Academics for the Counselling and Accessibility Services in Duth. She has published books and articles on Counselling, Social Inclusion and Child Protection.
