How to Reset your Password

Account

The platform automatically creates an account for all registered attendees and notifies them via email.

Initialize Password

You can find a link for initializing your password in the first email notification you received about your account.

Reset Password

In case you have lost your password, you can reset it as you will see in this guide.

At first, you should visit the login screen.

Then click the button as shown below.

On the next screen, you should provide your email and confirm the password reset.

Notice: Make sure you have provided the same email that you registered with for the "eConference on Telemedicine" event. Your account is connected with that specific email.

Finally, you will receive an email with instructions about completing the password reset process.
