Constantinos Yiorkadjis is the Mayor of Nicosia.

He holds two bachelor’s degrees with distinction, one in Economics and one in Business Administration, both from Boston University.

During his long professional career, he had the opportunity to work in the highly competitive environments of the US and Europe, as well as in the demanding environments of developing markets in Asia and Africa.

Mr. Kleanthis Mandalianos is the Μayor of the Municipality of Kordelio-Evosmos, the second largest municipality in Northern Greece, and one of the largest in the country. He participated in the recent municipal elections and was elected mayor, with the vision of a modern urban municipality.

Mr. Konstantinos Sotirakis is Deputy Mayor for the municipal administrative services, human resources, efficiency and the municipal police of the Municipality of Kordelio-Evosmos, Thessaloniki Greece.

With a background in Law and International Commerce, Charo has been working for more than 15 years in the field of international cooperation. She has managed and participated in many innovation and cooperation projects in Europe, Latin and Central America and MPC countries

Mr. Karkavitsas is the InnovaSUMP Project Manager on behalf of the Lead Partner, Municipality of Nicosia, CY. 

Mr Athanasios Kolyvas is a Civil and Transportation Engineer and head of Sustainable Mobility Unit in Nicosia Municipality, Cyprus. He is the InnovaSUMP Local Coordinator for the Municipality of Nicosia.

Mr Dave Black is head of the service that includes development and delivery of large infrastructure projects, strategic infrastructure planning and statutory responses including development of the Transport, Education, Waste and Minerals plans.
