Sporos Platform utilises mezzanine financing tools combined with tailor-made consultancy services and state-of-the-art ESG & SDG metrics, improving competitiveness, spurring job creation and boosting climate resilience of a vast pool of SMEs across a variety of industry sectors.
Besides aiming at becoming a vehicle for the spreading of circular innovation and best practice amongst SMEs across Europe, Sporos Platform puts in place an investment strategy that provides strong incentives to “first movers” including co-investment rights and strong branding opportunities, active participation in the Advisory Committee, preferential engagement with portfolio companies as “Sustainability Mentors”, key synergies within the circular ecosystem, as well as an enhanced sustainability profile.
