Grigoriou Marirena

Marirena Grigoriou is Professor of Molecular and Developmental Biology at the Department of Molecular Biology & Genetics (DMBG) of Democritus University of Thrace. After serving as ERASMUS+ Academic coordinator (2006-2013) and Chair of DMBG (2014-2018), since 2019 she is ERASMUS+ Institutional Coordinator of Democritus University of Thrace aiming to promote and to futher enhance the European and the International collaborations of DUTH. Her recent scientific-research work focuses on the development of novel tools and applications in molecular biosciences.
