Froso Nomikou currently works for the Eugenides Foundation (NAVS Project) in exhibition research, documentation and development. Since 2005, she has worked with museums and universities in Greece and the UK in areas such as exhibition planning and development, collections interpretation, education resources and programming, audience research and evaluation, science communication, museum theory & practice.

She is the Secretary of the Hellenic Committee of the International Council of Museums ICOM.
